A Place to Begin Again
Refuge, Gather & Rise, Inc. was created from a simple belief: every woman deserves a safe place to begin again. We provide sober living and transitional housing designed to help women move toward stability, independence, and a stronger future.
Our name represents three stages of transformation:
REFUGE — a safe place to heal, stabilize, and begin again.
GATHER — a supportive community where women can connect, belong, and grow. RISE — the opportunity to rebuild with dignity, confidence, independence, and purpose.
Inspired by the story of David and the people who gathered with him at the Cave of Adullam in 1 Samuel 22:1–2, we believe a difficult season does not have to become someone’s permanent story.
Our Services
Sober Living Housing
Our sober living homes provide women with a safe, stable, supportive, substance-free shared living environment as they continue their journey toward healthy, independent living. Through accountability, mentorship, life-skills development, and community support, residents are encouraged to build routines and habits that promote long-term stability.
Transitional Housing
Supportive housing for women navigating life transitions and working toward stability and independence. Resources, life-skills support, and guidance help women for their next chapter. This is a Fee-based housing program. Fees vary based on individual circumstances
Some opportunities may accommodate women with dependent children.
Community & Personal Growth
We believe lasting transformation happens in community. Through mentorship, accountability, community-building activities, educational and personal-development opportunities, and faith-based encouragement, we help women strengthen their confidence, relationships, and sense of purpose.
